Any-Use Data means data usage that is applicable to standard data access. This includes but is not limited to YouTube, Netflix, Google Search, etc.
Social Media Data means that this allowance is applicable to the Apps outlined in the Social Media Plans. Note that Social Media Data takes priority over Any-Use Data, where applicable.
Yes, multiple Social Media Plans can be purchased at a time. In this instance, the plan with the shorter expiration, based on the time of purchase, will take priority, and will be consumed first.
If a standard PrePaid Data Plan is purchased along with a Social Media Data Plan, the plan with the shorter expiration will take priority, based on time of purchase.
Important to note is that each plan holds its own expiration, therefore, it will not extend the expiration of an existing plan. Expiration of unused data cannot be extended.
In the event a Standard PrePaid Plan and a Social Media Plan are active at the same time, data usage will be depleted from the plan with the shorter expiration. This means that usage from any social media apps or otherwise, will be depleted from the data plan with the shorter expiration.
Example: If a Data XS plan with 6 hours expiration and Social Lite Plan with 1 Day expiration are active on the same number, at the same time, data usage will be deducted from the Data XS plan since this holds the shorter expiration.
If the Social Media Data allowance is fully depleted, usage of social media apps will then be depleted from the Any-Use Data allowance. In the instance where both the Social Media Data and Any-Use Data are fully depleted, you would then need to purchase a standard PrePaid Data Plan or another Social Media Plan to be able to continue to enjoy data access.
Yes, the standard notification will be triggered automatically confirming purchase. Like the standard PrePaid data plans, notifications at 50% or 100% notifications will be received to advise of data consumption.
