What is required to open a Digi customer account?

To open an account, it is required to provide the following:

-          A valid ID ( Passport, Social Security Card, Driver’s License)

-          Recent utility bill for proof of address ( For Mobile services only)

-          Installation Fee

-          Deposit


*Deposits and installation fees may vary based on the service you are contracting. For deposit and installation fee information, kindly contact any Customer Service office, Call Center at 119, or our Digital Call Center at 608-8888.

How do I report a fault?

A fault can be reported by: 

  1.  Contacting our Call Center at 119
  2.  Visiting/calling our Customer Service offices
  3. Text, WhatsApp or Viber us at 608-8888. 

How can I make changes to my current plans?

To change your plan, you can visit any one of our Customer Service offices countrywide. Kindly bring along a valid ID and make your request to the Customer Service Representative.

*Based on the type of change you are making to your plan, a deposit may be required. 

How can I obtain my bill online?

Customers can sign up for E-Bill service; bills will be sent monthly via email. To register, customers are required to sign up at any Digi Customer Service Center by bringing along a copy of their Social Security Card, Passport or Driver’s License.

What are the mediums I can use to pay my bills?

Customers can pay their bills by using any of the following mediums: 

-  Online Payments ( Online banking via their respective financial institution)

-   In-office payments

-   Credit Card via www.livedigi.com

Why did Digi stop offering Triple Up?

Digi decided to stop triple up to offer better everyday prices for all Mobile services.
