What is the DigiGo App?

 

The DigiGo App allows you to manage your DigiCell Prepaid account on the go from your mobile phone. You can access all app features including:

• Check your primary & bonus balance, including expiration date
• Check your voice, text and data usage, including expiration date
• Check your top up history for the past four months
• Purchase DigiCell services including: voice, text, data and roaming plans
• Purchase the most recent DigiCell Promotions
• Activate Send Mi Credit
• Locate a store
• Get alerts on the latest promotions
• Share feedback with Digi

Who can access the DigiGo App?

Any active DigiCell Prepaid customer that is registered on the MyDigiCell self-care portal can access the app. Customers can login to the app using the same username and password used to access the MyDigiCell self-care portal.

Any Active DigiCell Prepaid customer can also access the app using new SMS login feature. Simply enter your prepaid number, click send and you will receive a four digit code to login to the app. No need to remember your password!

How do I register to access the app?

If you are not yet registered, it’s easy! Go to www.mydigicell.bz and click here for step by step instructions. Once you are done registering, use your mobile number and your new password to login to the DigiGo app.

What do I do if I forgot my password and cannot access the app?

Go to the email address that was provided at registration. 

Click on the link to create new password. 

Why can’t I download or access the DigiGo app?

Your DigiCell number may be inactive or suspended. It is also possible that your device may not be compatible. Please confirm with our BTL Call Center at 119. You can also send us what’s app message at 608-8888.

How do I know if my device is compatible with the DigiGo App?

Your mobile device must be either an IPhone or Android Smart phone using the following:

• iOS 10 or newer
• Android 4.22 (Jellybean) or newer

Are there any charges for downloading the DigiGo App?

Yes, standard data charges will apply to download and access the app. To avoid data charges we recommend you download or access the app via Wi-Fi. Without data or Wi-Fi access you cannot download or access the app.

How do I access the DigiGo App on my mobile device?

Visit the App Store on your iOS device or the Play Store on your Android device. Search for the My DigiGo App and click on install to download the app. The app is FREE of cost to download.

If I’m on a shared plan, will the usage/balance information displayed be for my number only or for all plan members?

Information displayed will reflect the entire shared plan. This includes usage and balance for the master account holder and all plan members. All plan members can download the app and view usage. However, only the master account holder can purchase add on plans.

Can I add or remove plan members via the DigiGo app?

No, you will need to visit our BTL Customer Service Centers in order to do so.  Only the Master Account holder is authorized to add or remove plan member.
