Who qualifies for this promotion?

All residential DigiNet customers qualify for a free upgrade to DigiONE. Your Digi Representative will recommend a DigiONE bundle based on your current DigiNet plan.

What if I want to upgrade to a different DigiONE plan than recommended?

If you upgrade to a larger DigiONE bundle, you will still qualify for the originally offered discount. You will be responsible for the additional monthly fee.

How can I upgrade to DigiONE?

Customers can share their account information (Service Account number, location, etc.), email address to be used for the DigiTV app, and a copy of a valid ID (Social Security or Passport) to get upgraded using any of the methods below:

How soon will the upgrade be processed?

After sharing the required information, the upgrade will be processed within one business day. The entire process is automatic and there is no need for technicians to visit your home.

Your DigiTV credentials (Username & Password) will be sent to the email provided. Then all you need to do is download the app, sign in and start enjoying!

When will I get the discount on my DigiONE bill?

The discount will be applied to your account for the first 2 full bills after your service is upgraded. The first bill you receive will be pro-rated (partial for the DigiONE service) and will not be discounted.

Discounts are applied to Active Accounts (not suspended or terminated)
