What are All in One PrePaid Bundles?

Digi’s All in One PrePaid Bundles offer a combination of data, talk and text for one low price. These bundles come in convenient sizes: Small (S), Medium (M) and Large (L) so you can choose the plan that best fits your budget and lifestyle. For the months of May & June, PrePaid subscribers will get to enjoy huge savings with the reduced plan prices!

How many All in One PrePaid Bundles can I choose from?

There are three (3) convenient bundles to choose from:

Few things to note:

-  As an additional value to customers, voice minutes for the months of May and June will allow calls to both OnNet and OffNet numbers.  This means that calls to any Digi number (mobile & landline), as well as, calls to the other provider will be deducted from the allotted plan minutes.

 

-  Plan allowances will not rollover if not consumed within specified expiration period.

 

-  Unlimited Text is offered in all three All in One Bundles for May and June; unlimited text is subject to BTL’s Fair Usage Policy. This means that these bundles are for normal residential use and is not for any commercial or other unauthorized use. The use of text allowance for broadcast text, advertising, spam or other commercial or unauthorized use is prohibited. To ensure usage is within this Fair Usage Policy, a cap of 10,000 texts is in place.

 

-  Unlimited text allowance applies to texts sent to any Digi number or to any number from the other local provider. International texts or premium messaging services will be charged at the standard rates.

 

How long can I enjoy the All in One PrePaid Bundle promotion?

This promotion is a limited time offer for all PrePaid customers for the months of May and June only.

Why should I buy an All in One PrePaid Bundle during the months of May & June?

Simply put, you get way more value in every bundle for one low price: OnNet/OffNet minutes for the talkers, Unlimited text for the ‘texters’ and the right amount of data for those who like to enjoy DigiCell’s super-fast LTE Advanced network speeds to browse, stream and chat.

*Please note that standard rates were used to calculate the cost of services. Standard rates include $0.52 per minute for talk, $0.02 per text (Bundle pricing) and an average of $0.0111 per MB (Based on PrePaid Data Plans). For the Unlimited Text, the cost of 2 Large text bundles (2200 texts) were considered when calculating the savings in the plan.

How can an All in One PrePaid Bundle be purchased?

You can purchase an All in One Bundle by:

-  Dialing *100# or *100 for the DigiCell Menu

 

-  Accessing the DigiGo App which can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play Store. Select “Purchase Plans” from the menu, select “Promotions” then select “All in One” plan of choice. All in One Bundles will be under the Promotion category.

How can I check my active All in One PrePaid Bundle balance?

If you have an active All in One PrePaid Bundle, you can view your balance for talk, text and data by:

 

-  Dialing *100# or *100, select “All in One Bundles” followed by “All in One Bundle Balance” from the DigiCell Menu

 

-  Accessing the DigiGo App which can be downloaded via App Store or Google Play Store

 

You will also receive SMS notifications at 50% and 100% depletion of bundle allowances.

Can I activate another All in One PrePaid Bundle if I already have one active?

Sure. You can purchase as many bundles as you wish. When you activate an All in One Bundle while another is already active, you'll receive all the benefits of the new bundle, but priority is given to the bundles based on time of purchase. Each bundle expires on its own end-date.  

Can I activate an All in One PrePaid Bundle if I already have an active data plan?

Sure. If you have an active PrePaid Data Plan, priority will be given to the plan/bundle based on expiration. If you have an active PrePaid Data Basic Plan or you are a member of a shared PostPaid Data Plus Plan, your standard plan allowance from these plans must be depleted before you can use the data allowance from the All in One PrePaid Bundle.  

Can I activate an All in One PrePaid Bundle if I already have an active text bundle?

Sure. For a text bundle, priority will be given to the All in One PrePaid Bundle. Once the text allowance from the All in One PrePaid Bundle is consumed, text will then deplete from your active text bundle (where applicable).

Can I still enjoy ongoing promotions while having an active All in One PrePaid Bundle?

Of course. For hourly, time sensitive or one day promotions, priority will be given to the promotion once activated. Once promotional offer has been consumed or expires, whichever comes first, your usage will then deplete from the active All in One PrePaid Bundle (where applicable).

What happens if my data allowance from my All in One Bundle is depleted?

If the data allowance is depleted, you will no longer have data access. To continue enjoying data, you will need to purchase a PrePaid Data Plan (if none is active on account) or purchase another All in One Bundle.

If I am on a call while using my All in One Bundle, and my minutes run out, what happens to my call?

No worries, if you're on a call (Digi to Digi/DigiTel number or call to a number from the other provider) you can keep talking. Your call will not disconnect providing you have credit on your account. However, you will be charged for the remaining portion of the call at the standard rate (inclusive of tax) per minute.  

What will happen if I do not have available credit in my Primary Balance?

All in One Bundles are deducted from Primary Balance only. If there is insufficient Primary Credit on your PrePaid account, you will need to recharge your account to make a purchase.
