From December 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024, Digi will be hosting its Love The Experience Campaign. Customers from across the country will have an opportunity to Win in the “Live Fi Free” raffle. 1 lucky customer from each district will enjoy having all their primary bills paid for one year. Each winner also gets to Pay It Forward to a family member or friend who will also enjoy having their bills paid for three months. The Pay It Forward recipient must also be an active DigiWallet subscriber.
Digi will pay a set value (as per the table below) towards the bills incurred monthly for: electricity, water, telephone, groceries, transportation, and rent/mortgage. A set value monthly will also be added to the winner’s savings account.
This raffle is open to all existing and new Digi customers, customers who participate in the ‘Make the Switch’ Promotions, ANL, DigiWallet and DigiTV subscribers.
Note: If the selected winner does not have utility bills to be paid either personally or in situ, then he/she forfeits the prize, and a new winner will be selected. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Digi which are final and binding. By entering, participants also agree to their names and images to be used as part of the campaign’s ongoing marketing activities. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed in part or as a whole.

- All payments to the Utility Companies will be made directly to Utilities monthly.
- All payments towards savings will be made directly to the financial institution of choice monthly.
- All winners will be issued with a DigiWallet Gift Card where the funds for the Transportation, Groceries and Rent/Mortgage will be added monthly.
Note: Winners will not be able to perform a Cash Out function, funds can only be utilized at DigiWallet merchants.
Frequently Asked Questions on Live Fi Free promotion
What if my utility bill is less or more than the budget allotment?
If the utility bill is less than the amount being paid monthly by Digi to the utility company, the winning customer will have an additional credit on his/her account at the end of the period.
If the utility bill is more than the amount being paid monthly by Digi, the winning customer will be responsible for amount that exceeds Digi’s monthly payment.
Digi is not responsible for any arrears that arises due to non-payment of the excess of Digi’s monthly payment.
Does the utility bills have to be in my name?
No, the utility bill does not have to be in your name. However, in these instances, winners must provide proof that they reside at the address where the bill is to be paid.
What happens if I have not spent all the added to my DigiWallet Gift card by the end of the promotional period.
Funds added to a DigiWallet Gift Card will not expire nor be confiscated if not used fully by the end of the promotional period.
What day each month will funds be added?
Bill payments will be made as per customer’s billing cycle with each utility, and funds will be added to each Gift Card by the 5th working day of each month.
How will I know if I have won?
Winner will be contacted live via telephone.
Is there a cutoff time for entries?
Cutoff time is 1 day before the scheduled draw per district.
Can my “Pay It Forward” family/friend be someone that lives in the same household as I do?
No, Pay It Forward winners cannot be a member of the same household as the original 1-year winner.
What if I do not have a bank or credit union account for my savings?
Winners will be asked to open an account at an institution of choice where the funds can be directly deposited by Digi monthly.
