ABOUT ROLE:The Business Support Officer (BSO) is responsible for providing confidential and professional administrative support to the Senior Executive Management (C-Level and GMs) of the company. The incumbent is responsible for the delivery of the services to the assigned divisional senior executive team and ensure that all cleaning activities across the company are carried out in compliance with company standards. This position reports to the Administration Manager.



  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Five (5) years of experience in administrative duties or related field

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Primarily advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and Nitro)

Administrative Support

  1. Monthly employee divisional meetings (scheduling, preparing agenda minutes/managing actions arising).
  2. Provide administrative services for international and local workshops, seminars or conferences including registration, airline booking, hotel accommodations and per diem/cash advances (international only).
  3. Assist weekly in tracking vacation and other leaves for the division into the HRIS.
  4. Upon request, prepare and distribute employee IDs for new, existing, and project employees’ company wide.
  5. Provide Administrative support to divisional leadership for recruitment efforts, including tracking, reading, and actioning items with a sign-off list and with the Hiring Manager.


Reconciliation & Reporting

  1. Reconcile and process monthly credit card expenses and other vendors (Bravo Motors, Caribbean Tire, NAPA, Belize Estate Company, Belize Diesel & Equipment, Etc.) and submit to the Finance Department for payment.
  2. Analyze, track, and provide updates to C-Level/GMs regarding vacation and absence leave reports.


Leadership & Training

  1. Supervise cleaners’ company-wide, permanent, contract and temporary, to ensure that cleaning across the company is carried out in compliance with the company’s standards.
  2. Coordinate with Talent Management training attendance session dates/venue/attendance schedule.


Relationship Building

  1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and vendors.
  2. Act as a point of contact to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
