How do I qualify for a device on monthly payment plan?
Below are the qualifying criteria.
- Valid ID (Passport, Social Security)
- Reference (Name & Contact #, Email)
- Employment Letter
- Sign Device and Service agreement for new or existing service must be DigiONE, DigiNet, , DigiCell Postpaid Plan or Data Only Plans with a monthly recurring charge.
- Exiting customers must be in good credit standing (No arrears on account)

Will I qualify for Digi’s free bonus credit if I have a PostPaid data plan?
Below are the qualifying criteria.
- Valid ID (Passport, Social Security)

How long do I have to use my bonus credit?
The bonus credit expires in 7 days from date of application or if consumed before.
Expirations can be confirmed through the DigiCell menu at *100 or*100# or Digi Go App
Will I qualify for Digi’s free Service Bundle if I have a PostPaid data plan?
Devices that are purchased at a special promotional price or on installment are only usable on the Digi network. This can be identified by a sticker on the device’s box, in the ads and the Retail Representative would have advised this at the time of the purchase.
How long is the warranty on a device purchased?
- Devices and laptops purchased from BTL/Digi are covered for a 90-day warranty period.
- Samsung devices carry a 1-year local warranty period.
- There is NO warranty on accessories.
Where can I purchase a phone?
- You can visit any Digi Store countrywide Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- The Digi Store on Regent Street is open on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and the Signature Store at Mirab, Phillip Goldson Highway is open on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
