Sr Solutions Representative (Devices)

ABOUT ROLE:The Sr. Solutions Representative for the Device Portfolio is a strategic role that supports with Consumer merchandise sales within all retail stores. This requires supporting the Solutions Officer with managing the Device and Accessories portfolio, working along with the Solutions Specialists, Retail Representatives and Retail Store Zone Managers; identifying potential products revamps or enhancements; conducting market research; generating device sales performance reports; supporting with the device and accessories product roadmap; determining process and requirements enhancements, promotion, pricing and developing marketing strategies. This position reports to the Sr. Solutions Manager.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Associate degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or in a related discipline.
  2. Prior experience (up to 2 years) in the field of Marketing, Customer Service, Sales or related field
  3. Independent and self-directed
  4. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, with experience in executive presentations and customer engagement.
  5. Open and collaborative style; must be comfortable working across teams.
  6. Proactive and results oriented with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 

Product Management

  1. Support in the planning, executing and implementation process associated with the introduction of new products into the marketplace – and then managing the life cycle of these products by monitoring inventory, revenue, and profitability
  2. Monitor inventory movement and product availability, ensuring proper stock levels at Inventory warehouse and Retail and Sales Stores
  3. Prepare financial reports, create sales and marketing reports, monitor sales progress, provide status updates, and generate performance metrics.

Promotion Development

  1. Develop business cases including financial analysis & forecasts to seek approval of new or enhanced promotions for Retail and Sales Stores, and events
  2. Organize trainings for Front End personnel to brief on any promotions or change in products or processes, to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience
  3. Assist with coordinating and participating in promotional activities and events, working with various Marketing and Customer Experience teams to market promotions, products, and services

Revenue Management

  1. Support with the execution of the company’s Annual Budget
  2. Monitor key KPI’s and revenues for the Device and Accessories portfolio

 

Market Analysis

  1. Ensure frequent in store visits to solicit feedback on company products and services, ensuring proper in store branding, signage and displays - taking ownership of the customer’s experience in the retail stores.

 

Customer Management

  1. Support with customer issue resolution, ensuring proper and timely resolution for any issues, with priority for revenue impacting issues tied to Device and Accessories sales
  2. Work closely with Customer Experience team and Retail Representatives to optimize customer experience.

 

Ownership and Accountability

  1. Review all processes under the Device & Accessories portfolio to ensure proper implementation, efficiency, and reliability. Support with identifying gaps to potentially improve or automate related processes as needed.
