Automatic Account Suspension for Non-Payment

Dear Valued Customer,

Over the past 48 months, Digi disabled its “automatic account suspension” feature for non-payment to support its customers. As a result, customers did not experience service interruptions when their monthly payments were late or missed.

Digi takes this opportunity to advise all Business Customers that effective September 1, 2022, our automatic account suspension process for non-payment will be reinstated. This means that customers with accounts in arrears past the invoice due date will be suspended for non-payment, which will cause an interruption in services. To avoid any interruption in services, we recommend that customers review their monthly invoices and make regular and timely payments, and, if necessary, contact your Solutions Sales Representative for support.

As a reminder, payments can be made through DigiWallet, online via Atlantic Bank, Belize Bank, Heritage Bank, National Bank of Belize, or any DigiStore or Digi Agent.
