BizFone service provides three different plans for both Postpaid and Prepaid Business customers. Plans include a bundle of free anytime minutes, unlimited nights and weekend minutes, and cheaper “by the minute” rate. Business customers will receive a fixed line with Caller ID, Voicemail, free directory listing, telephone directory, and 24-hour access to Operator assistance.

Yes. BizFone customers can sign up for a Prepaid Plan. The monthly recurring charge is still added to your bill each month. Any out of plan calls require that you have sufficient prepaid credit on your account to make the call.
Out of plan calls are added to the monthly bill for PostPaid customers.
BizFone PrePaid customers can recharge and check their account balance by dialing *100. Customers can recharge their account balance with a Direct Top Up at any Digi Office or TopUp Agent countrywide.
Business customers who purchase one of our three Bizfone plans available, also have the option to purchase Cellular add-ons. There are four different options that can help customers to get more value and save.

National Toll Free Service allows Businesses to be accessed by their customers countrywide through a unique number e.g. 0-800-CALL-BTL[KS1] . Their customers will be able to reach them from anywhere in Belize for free. These calls are charged to the account owner, i.e reversed billing.
Two lines are required, however additional lines may be requested for the service.
Dedicated Internet Service is a premier service that provides customers with uninterrupted access to the Internet. Customers who contract this service are considered priority customers.
