How do I qualify for an installment plan when buying a device?

Existing customers with a Digi Account in good standing qualify to sign a contract for 6, 12 or 24 months, depending on payment plan advertised.  

  • The required down payment for the preferred device. 
  • Deposit is based on below table. This is a security amount reflected at the account level.   

 

 

To get a device on a payment plan you will be required to provide the following:

New Customer or Customer with service less than one year:

  • Letter of employment (date stamp of two weeks or less); must be employed for the past two years  
  • Proof of Address 
  • Valid Social Security Card or Passport  
  • Provide a reference and contact number  
  • Standard down payment based on device type  
  • Can only bill one device to account at a time
  • Standard required deposits for new service; new service must be DigiNet, DigiTel, DigiCell Postpaid Plan or Data Only Plans with an MRC of $39 or more must be willing to sign a new or extended contract for this service matching the length of the device payment terms     

 

Requirements for Existing Customer: 

  • Letter of employment (date stamp of two weeks or less); must be employed for the past two years  
  • Standard down payment based on device type  
  • Provide a reference and contact number  
  • Can only bill one device to account at a time   
  • Customers must be in good standing; with $0 or only current balance due 
  • Must have existing DigiNet, DigiTel, DigiCell Postpaid Plan or Data Only Plans with an MRC of $39 or more and must be willing to sign a new or extended contract for this service matching the length of the device payment terms 

 

Notes: Credit Policy applies to residential customers and P3 Business Customers  

 

Where can I purchase a phone?

You can visit any Digi Store countrywide between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.  

 

The Digi Stores on Regent Street & The Signature Store at Mirab, Phillip Goldson Highway also open on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. 

How long is the warranty on a device purchase?

Standard warranty on any devices purchase is 3 months. Kindly encourage customers to hold on to their receipt, box and accessories that come in the box.
