What is DigiCell’s PostPaid Data Roaming Plans?

Digi’s PostPaid Data Roaming Plans offer Data connectivity in 40+ Destinations. You can choose from plan options exclusive to the US and UK or choose the 40+ Destinations Plans (which includes Mexico and Guatemala) available for a wider range of destinations.  

Where can the PostPaid Data Roaming Plan be used?

PostPaid Data Roaming plans are available in 40+ Destinations and offers exclusive options for the US and the UK.  

 

  • USA Plans (3 options) – US only 

  • UK Plans (3 options) – UK only 

  • Other Destinations Plans (3 options) – View applicable destinations here: View All  

Other Destinations Plans does not include the UK 

 

Note: if you’re traveling between destinations, it is recommended to get the Other Destinations Plans which also includes the US. UK is not included. Plans will only work in applicable destinations.

How long does the PostPaid Data Roaming plan last?

Plans will either expire in 7 Days, 15 Days or 30 Days from activation date or if consumed before, whichever comes first. 

How do I change the APN on my device?

The  APN settings can be found under Cellular Network settings depending on your device. Below are general guidelines on how to change the APN for Android devices:

  • Find Access Point Names (APN) Settings on your deviceSelect Add
    • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
  • Set Name as Digi
  • Set APN as Data
  • Save the APN
  • Select the Digi APN just created

 

You may need to do a refresh by turning on and off Airplane mode

How can the PostPaid Data Roaming plans be purchased?

You can purchase a PostPaid Data Roaming plan by:

  • DigiWallet
  • DigiGo App

Note: Roaming must be activated in the Digi Office

 

Yes, you can purchase as many PrePaid Data Roaming plans as you wish. The total data allowance will be combined. Priority is given to the plans based on time of purchase.

What happens if my PostPaid Data Roaming plan is depleted?

If the PostPaid Data Roaming plan allowance is depleted, you can still Data Roaming until your spending limit is depleted.

Will I be charged an additional fee for purchasing a PostPaid Data Roaming bundle while roaming?

No, there is no additional fee if a PostPaid Data Roaming plan is purchased using DigiWallet or DigiGo App while roaming. Only the cost of the plan will be deducted.
