When can I sign up for the Night Shift Service?

Customers can activate Night Shift anytime during the day but the plan becomes active at 7PM through to 7AM when the plan expires.

Active DigiCell customers can sign up daily at 7PM to activate Night Shift.

Who can I call and text when I activate the Night Shift Service?

Once Night Shift is activated, the subscriber can call any DigiCell or BTL number during 7PM and 7AM.  Promotional text quota makes allowance for text to DigiCell numbers only.  Calls and text to the other provider, International calls and text, Roaming calls and text and Operator Assisted Calls will be billed at the regular DigiCell PrePaid and International/Roaming rates as these call types are not included in the Night Shift promotion.

How many FREE OnNet talk time do I get when Ii sign up for the Night Shift service?

Subscribers get FREE OnNet talk time to use during 7PM and 7AM.  However, the Night Shift plan will be suspended if there is suspected abuse of the company’s Fair Usage Policy.

Do I have to have a specific PostPaid plan to qualify for this promotion?

This one-time promotion is applicable to any customer who has an active PostPaid Lite, Plus, Elite or Max Plan, PostPaid DigiTriple Lite Plan or a PrePaid/PostPaid Data Basic Plan (Entry, Small, Medium, Large, Family).

How long will this promotion last?

The 10GB Free Data will take effect on Monday, March 4through to Sunday, march 31, 2019. Qualifying customers will have 28 full days to enjoy their 10GB Free Data allowance.

How will the 10GB Free Data be added?

No sign up is required!  This promotional 10GB Free Data allowance will be applied automatically, therefore, no action is required from customers.

Is there an additional charge for this promotion?

No, there is no additional charge for this promotion.

How will the 10GB Free Data work with my standard PostPaid Data allowance?

The 10GB Free Data will take priority over your plan’s standard data allowance.  This means that the free 10GB will be consumed first.  Once fully depleted or expired, your plan’s standard data allowance will then be consumed. For Data Plus customers (Lite, Plus, Elite, Max), Double Data weekend allowance will only take priority from Saturday 12:00am – Sunday 11:59pm if the 10GB Data has been depleted.

What will happen if I have a Data Add-On contracted to my account?

In instances where a data Add-on is contracted, the Add-On will only become active if and when the 10GB Free Data and the standard PostPaid allowances are fully depleted. 

If I have a shared plan, how much data does each member receive?

Similar to your plan data, the 10GB Free Data will be shared amongst all members, including PrePaid customers (where applicable).

Will this 10GB Free Data affect my Double Data Weekend allowance?

For Data Plus customers (Lite, Plus, Elite, Max), Double Data weekend allowance will only take priority from Saturday 12:00am – Sunday 11:59pm if the 10GB Data has been depleted.

Will my 10 GB Free Data roll over to the next bill cycle?

No, the free data allowance will not roll over. Any unused data allowance will be lost.
