How do I qualify for an installment plan when buying a device?

Existing customers with a Digi account can sign a contract for 6 - 12 months, depending on payment plan advertised.

 

Note that if you are an existing customer with 1 or no disconnections for non-payment over the last year, then you must provide:

 

  • The required down payment for the preferred device.
  • Deposit is based on below table. This is a security amount reflected at the account level.

You will not qualify for the installment option if you are an existing customer, with 2 or more disconnections for non-payment over the last year.

  • If you are renting and bills are not in your name, you can provide a note from your landlord confirming your living address along with a copy of your landlord’s utility bill.

  • Or some other proof validating your ability to make the installment payments.

How long is the warranty on a device purchase?

Standard warranty on any devices purchase is 3 months.

What are the criteria for a PostPaid customer to qualify for this device promotion?

Any customer who signs up for a PostPaid Plan will qualify for this device promo.  Plan contracted must be a LITE, PLUS, ELITE or MAX Plan during the specified promotion period: 28 November – 31 December 2019.  STARTER Plan customers do not qualify for this promotion.

 

Existing PostPaid Plan customers (with a STARTER, LITE, PLUS, ELITE or MAX Plan) can qualify for this device promotion with a PostPaid plan upgrade.
