In order for you to be qualified for make the switch offer, the device from other provider that you are trading in must be working (active number)


WITH EVERY device from other provider you trade in, you get:

  • Device of choice as stated in the above table
  • All in One Bundle M - 75 OnNet minutes, 650 Texts, and 1200MB which expires in 7 days or once consumed before.
  • VALID ID required for Make the Switch

How do I qualify for an installment plan when buying a device?

Existing customer with a BTL account can sign a contract for 6 - 12 months, depending on payment plan advertised.


Note that if you are an existing customer with 1 or no disconnections for non-payment over the last year, then you must provide: 

  • The required down payment for the preferred device.
  • Deposit is based on below table. This is a security amount reflected at the account level.

You will not qualify for the installment option if you are an existing customer, with 2 or more disconnections for non-payment over the last year.

If you are a new customer, you must provide 

  • A valid social security card, or passport.
  • A valid utility bill for proof of address. 
  • If you are renting and bills are not in your name, you can provide a note from your landlord confirming your living address along with a copy of your landlord’s utility bill.
  • A current job letter from place of employment not older than one month. However, the person must be working for a minimum of 2 years. 
  • Or some other proof validating your ability to make the installment payments.
  • Down payment for phone. 
  • Your mobile plan deposit.

NB: The credit policy do not apply for Make the Switch sales. 





Where can I purchase the phone?

You can visit any Digi office countrywide between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.


The DigiCell Store on Regent Street, Belize City opens on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

How long is the warranty on a device purchase?

Standard warranty on any devices purchase is 3 months. Kindly ensure that you hold on to your receipt.

How do I get in the raffle to win $50,000 shopping spree?

For every Device purchased, make the switch, you automatically get an entry in the raffle.


Three lucky customer will win a $25,000, $15,000 or $10,000 Shopping spree at Mirab.
