PrePaid Cards

Customers can purchase phone cards for use on their Mobile and Wireless Home Phone at any Digi office countrywide. Cards are available in denominations of $5 & $10. TopUp your phone by entering the unique pin from the card. 


Phone cards for Fixed Telephone (wired) customers have been discontinued on July 15th, 2020. Fixed Telephone Customers with remaining balances on their Phone Cards after July 15th2020 can visit any of our Digi Offices and redeem them for an E-Pin of equal amount. This offer ends on October 15th, 2020. 


Authorized Agents

Visit any of our authorized TopUp Agents countrywide to recharge your account or at your nearest DigiStore. 


Direct TopUp - Give the TopUp agent your DigiCell PrePaid number and the amount you want to recharge. The credit will automatically be added to your DigiCell PrePaid account. 


E-Pin - Give the TopUp agent the amount you want to recharge. The agent will provide you with receipt containing a unique top up pin TopUp your phone by entering the unique pin from the receipt. 


Fone TopUp Gifts - Send a DigiCell TopUp gift with any of our 20 special greetings available. Give the TopUp agent the DigiCell PrePaid number and the amount you want to recharge. The credit will automatically be added to the specified prepaid number along with the DigiCell TopUp greeting. 

Direct TopUp Billed

Visit our offices or contact us to do a Direct TopUp for your prepaid number and have the charges billed to your Digi account. Charges will be reflected on your next bill and can be applied one time or on a monthly basis.  

E-banking/Go Mobile

DigiCell Prepaid customers can TopUp their DigiCell PrePaid account using Heritage E-Banking service or Atlantic Bank’s Go Mobile service. For more information please visit and! 

Online TopUp

Using Online TopUp, you can top up yourself, a friend, or family member from anywhere in the world.

What is double-up?

Recharge anytime of the day and get double your credit. You will get 100% free credit that will go to your bonus balance. This is only applicable to the promotional period specified by us.  

Can I do multiple recharges in one day?

Yes, you can recharge as many times in a day. Just note that account limits will be set to $1000 Primary Balance and $2000 Bonus Balance. 

When does my credit expire?

Primary and bonus credit will follow the same expiration period from the point of recharge.

Will I be notified of my purchase and consumption?

Yes, you will receive a notification upon purchase. You will also be notified 3 days before credit expiry for both Primary and bonus balance or if you have consumed your credit.  

How can I check my account balance?

You can check your credit balance by either 

  • Dialing *201#  to get a flash notification with your PrePaid account balance 

  • Dialing *201 to listen to your PrePaid account balance  

  • Texting the word bal to 100 to receive a text version of your PrePaid account balance. Note that you may receive multiple texts depending on how many services you have at the time.
