The Tourist SIM will be available for purchase at any Digi Office or authorized Tourist SIM Agent.

How do I know what is my phone number?

Your phone number is included on your Tourist SIM packaging or you can dial *99# from your Mobile device for a flash message of your DigiCell phone number.

How long will my Tourist SIM and its allowances last?

Your Tourist SIM is activated upon the first Talk, Text or Data usage. The SIM will deactivate (21) twenty-one days after activation. Your Talk, Text and Data allowances will be valid for (10) ten days or if consumed before. You can continue to use the SIM after the allowances have been expired/depleted by purchasing primary credit to make calls, send texts and to purchase Data plans within the 21-day period. Digi standard rates apply to calls and text outside Tourist SIM allowances.

Where can I make calls and texts to internationally?

You can talk & text to anywhere in the world with the international allowances. 

Will I be eligible for the Double Up promotions with my Tourist SIM?

What happens if my service depletes before my SIM expires?

You can TopUp your Tourist SIM with additional credit which will then allow you to purchase any additional Data or use your credit to make calls or send texts.  Digi standard rates apply to calls and text outside Tourist SIM allowances.

Will the Tourist SIM be valid for another trip to Belize?

To use the service of the DigiCell Tourist SIM you will need to contact your service provider to assist in unlocking your device.

Can I return my Tourist SIM for a refund?

No, once purchased, all sales are final.
