How do I qualify to win?

Every customer who signs up within this period qualifies. We will do a random selection to identify a winner. 

What is the price difference?

DigiTel packages are broken down into two plans. One is the Unlimited plan for only $60, while the other, the Max plan, is even lower for $30 monthly.

What is the difference between the two plans?

Why should I switch the plans?

The new DigiTel package that offers affordable rates; that allows customers to talk longer for less and has advantages such as free minutes to Fixed & Mobile numbers, as well as, free international minutes.

When will this show in my bill?

This will show on your first bill. Your first bill is dependent on the prorated amount of days that you have had the service within your bill cycle.

 

Bill Cycle:

Cycle 1: 1st – 30th of the month

Cycle 2: 15th – 14th of the month

How long will the promotion last?

This promotion is for 1 month only and starts August 1 – 31, 2019.

What is the expected installation time?

Standard installation time frame is within 3-5 business days however, from time to time installation may vary depending on the works required. Our technicians will call and schedule the appointment to install service.

What is the cost of installation and do I need to pay a deposit?

Free installation and no deposit required for the duration of this promotion.

Can I go back to my old plan if I don’t like this new one?

Unfortunately we are retiring the technology that supports the old plans; so you would not be able to revert back to your original plan.

How do I sign up?

Customers wishing to sign up for the DigiTel package are encouraged to sign up at any of our Digi Stores nearest you.

What should I do if my plan does not work after purchase?

If your plan is not working after you have successfully made your purchase, you can call customer service at 119 to query.
