To register for myDigiCell portal you will need to have an active DigiCell PrePaid number. Visit www.mydigicell.bz and follow instructions for “First Visit”.

 

How can I top up my account on the Portal?

You can only top up your PrePaid account with an e-pin.

How will I know if a purchase is success?

You will receive a confirmation text stating success purchase. Credit will be deducted from account balance.

I am unable to access the Portal, how do I get access?

Select the “I forgot my password” option and enter your PrePaid number. You will receive an email with a link to reset password.
