Call Me

Out of credit, have an emergency or simply want someone to call you back? The Call Me feature is FREE of charge and allows DigiCell PrePaid customers to send a text message to another mobile number and request for a call back.

A ‘Call Me’ can be sent to any DigiCell mobile numbers (PrePaid and PostPaid) and to any number from other providor.

 

Dial  *100# (USSD for flash message) or *100 (IVR for audio recording)

  • Select 1 for TopUp
  • Select 4 for Call Me
  • Please enter the phone number of the receiving party
  • Message sent to 610xxxx

 

The receiver will get a text message from +100 saying “Hi, I'm out of credit & using DigiCell's Call Me Service. Please give me a call at +501636XXXX.

  

The receiver will get a text message from +8773 saying “Hi, I'm out of credit & using DigiCell's Call Me Service. Please give me a call at +5016369999.

 

DigiCell PrePaid Customers can send a Call Me Message to another DigiCell or Smart mobile number.

Will I get a notification once my message is sent?

Yes, the sender gets a flash message “Message sent to 626XXXX” (this message is not stored on device)

Can I sent a message to PostPaid customers

Yes, you can send a call me to any DigiCell PostPaid or PrePaid numbers as well as a Smart PostPaid or PrePaid numbers.
