ABOUT ROLE: The Marketing Representative will assist with the development and execution of timely and effective digital advertising and corporate communication strategies that aid in revenue growth and digital brand strengthening. He/she will assist with the execution of the company’s approved digital strategy, executing tasks assigned for successful execution of promotions and campaigns, managing engagement and interactivity with our customers across all assigned platforms. The successful candidate will execute assigned digital strategies for effective online management, engagement, and interactivity with our customers, developing content and implementing integrated digital campaigns. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Marketing and/or Digital Advertising and Design
- 2+ years’ relevant experience in Marketing and Digital Advertising, with the ability to execute related duties and responsibilities
- Social media savvy
- Ability to source and develop digital content
- Knowledge and awareness of marketing trends
- Ability to bring ideas and concepts to life
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Brand Awareness & Development
- Craft messages for the various platforms that are clear and effective and maintain and build strong corporate/brand presence, work with the Creative Team, and other department leads to ensure optimal results from approved marketing initiatives
- Assist with developing and executing digital marketing and corporate campaigns and promotions across all agreed platforms
- Keep up with trends to ensure that our campaigns and strategies are fresh and allow for Digi to be lead brand in the market
- Develop and execute Go to Market strategies that result in successful promotions and campaigns
- Assist with enhancing the company’s digital image and brand
- Execute approved product/service campaigns and launches as assigned
Content Management & Publicity
- Ensure that content on all platforms are accurate
- Assist with growing our following on all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat
- Assist with the management of queries and complaints received on SM platforms
- Extend Digi’s digital footprint across all relevant platforms
- Assist in identifying new platforms for us to effectively engage customers
- Direct engagement with the public and media appearances
- Develop and source content for all digital platforms
Reporting
- Assist with tracking and providing monthly reporting that measures the effectiveness of approved marketing campaigns
- Prepare and execute timely and effective Go to Market Document (GTM)
