What are Super Bonus Data Plans?

Why should I buy a Super Bonus Data plan?

The new Super Bonus Data plans provides four new flavors of data plans which offers three times more data! Even better, you can now use your BONUS credit to purchase your favorite Super Bonus Data plan.   All this, while you enjoy DigiCell’s super-fast LTE speeds on our state of the art network.

How can a Super Bonus Data plan be purchased?

You can purchase your Super Bonus Data plan by:

 

- Dialing *100# or *100 for the DigiCell Menu under “Promotions”

- Shortcode *700 or *700#

 

Can I purchase multiple Super Bonus Data plans at a time?

PrePaid customers have the flexibility to purchase multiple Super Bonus Data plans at any given time.  If multiple Super Bonus Data plans are purchased, the data allowance allocated to this specific promotion will be combined and the furthest expiration date will apply.

 

The Super Bonus Data allowance will not combine with your standard PrePaid Data Plan allowance

If I have an active Data Basic plan or am a member of a Shared Data Plus Plan, will I be able to purchase a Super Bonus Data plan?

Yes, PrePaid customers with a Data Basic Plan or who is a member of a Shared Data Plus Plan can also purchase a Super Bonus Data plan. Note that the data allowance allocated to your Data Basic Plan or Shared Data Plus Plan will take priority and will be consumed first. 

 

Once your standard data allowance is depleted, the data allowance for the Super Bonus Data Plan will then be consumed.

If I am a PrePaid customer with an active standard PrePaid Data plan, will I be able to purchase a Super Bonus Data plan?

Yes, PrePaid customers who already have an active PrePaid Data Plan can also enjoy the NEW Super Bonus Data plans.  In this case, the active PrePaid Data plan will be consumed first and once depleted, the allowance applied to your Super Bonus Data Plan will then be consumed.

Can I still enjoy ongoing promotions while having an active Super Bonus Data plan?

Of course! For hourly, time sensitive or one day promotions, priority will be given to the promotion once activated. Once your allowance for the promotional offer has been consumed or expires, whichever comes first, your usage will then deplete from the active Super Bonus Data plan (where applicable).

What happens if I do not consume the allotted data allowance on my plan within the validity period?

Your data allowance will be lost if the data plan expires. To extend your data allowance, simply purchase another Super Bonus Data plan. This will allow the data allowance to accumulate and the expiration date will be extended based on the new plan purchased.

What happens if my data allowance from my Super Bonus Data plan is depleted?

If your data allowance is depleted, you will no longer have data access. To continue enjoying data, you will need to purchase a Super Bonus Data plan or a standard PrePaid Data Plan if none is active on account. Note that you will also receive text notifications when your data consumption reaches 50% and 100%.

What will happen if I do not have the required credit in my Primary and/or Bonus Balance?

The charge for any Super Bonus Data plan is a combination of both Primary and Bonus credit.  Therefore, if there is insufficient Primary or Bonus credit needed for your plan purchase, the transaction will fail. 

 

In such case, you will either need to choose a plan for which both Primary and Bonus credit is available or you will need to recharge your account to make a purchase.

How can I add Bonus Credit to my PrePaid account?

Bonus Credit only becomes available when a Double Up or Triple Up promotion is offered.  You are encouraged to take advantage of these promotions so that you can continue to enjoy the benefit of using your Bonus credit to purchase your favorite Super Bonus Data plan. 

 

Note that Primary credit can be added to your account on any day.
