ABOUT ROLE:The Creative Representative will assist the Sr. Creative Representative and Marketing Manager with the successful execution of approved design concepts to achieve the goals of all marketing strategies and campaigns. He/she will also assist in ensuring that there is consistency with video and design produced, maintaining high standards and quality. He/she will assist in the successful execution of all projects and campaigns while ensuring efficient spending on photoshoots and talent. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Marketing and/or Graphic Design

• 5+ years in designing (working experience in Marketing or Advertising preferred)
• Highly creative and skilled in Adobe Creative Suite Software.
• Knowledge of layout, design and photography.
• Creative Flair
• Strong knowledge of Industry software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Must be thorough and meticulous and realistic with deadlines

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

 Creativity Thinking & Vision

1. Ensure that ad specifications are met (e.g. ad type, format, style, layout, etc.) based on Digi’s brand standards
2. Ensuring the production of high-quality designs for print and digital strategies based on identified target groups
3. Assist with developing and executing strong and effective campaigns for our internal and external marketing strategies

2. Submit creative ideas, designs and concepts that effectively communicate Digi’s campaign/promotion messages
3. Produce and assist in production of collateral for all portfolios
4. Assist with the planning and execution of photoshoots, ensuring that talents are always new and fresh and fit the target market

7. Ensuring that all collaterals produced and shared are accurate and complete

Organized & Team Oriented

1. Liaise with Product Owners, Public Relations and department within the organization to ensure all information is accurate and completed as required
2. Lead brainstorming sessions to employ new ways to effectively market and advertise Digi’s brands, products and services
3. Provide support for promotional events including community outreach events, company events, exhibits, and product & service fairs
4. Producing collateral and providing support for social media campaigns
5. Provide design support to all portfolios when requested
